RULES @ Forum Krapsody

Some content in the forums may be considered profane, indecent or crass.
In fact all of it may be considered profane, indecent or crass.
That's just what Krapsody means, however, this site is intended for mature individuals.
If you are a minor or not open minded this site is not intended for your eyes.
We try to keep it as clean as we can.
If you are not an individual, please leave, read a self-help book on self discovery and free thinking, stop listening to everyone else... then please come back.


1.) Posting pictures of a pr0n nature
(ie. graphic sexual acts, sexual depictions other than cartoons but may include graphic cartoon depictions of sexual acts) are not acceptable by Management or Forumer Hosts.
Posting a link to a website where material can be viewed
remotely is not acceptable either. Keep it clean people. Posting photos of nudity are acceptable as long as it is not graphic content. Anyone not complying with this will be warned first and if incidents continue, member(s) will be banned permanently at Administrators discretion.

2.) Posting racist, sexist or biased sexually oriented, defamatory remarks against any ethnicity or cultural affiliation is not acceptable. This does not necessarily include jokes, any mature person who becomes a member should know the boundaries of what is and what isn't a joke. Anyone who doesn't follow those guidelines will be responded to in a civil manner in the forum, emailed, private messaged & posted a general warning the first occurence. The second occurence of a similar incidence will result in member being banned permanently.

3.) Posting abusive remarks or harassing/flaming/flooding other members or topics of forum will result in said member being banned permanently.

4.) Spam or spamming members at the forum in your posts, in private messaging,or to members email addresses is not tolerated. This may include posting links to a website you sponsor in the forums or in your signatures without prior consent and approval of Administrator and this will absolutely include if the sponsored site in question uses tracking cookies for advertising or malware purposes (worms, viruses, spyware, hack attempts, any "malicious software" that is designed to infiltrate or damage a members computer system), anyone caught doing this will be banned permanently.

Strictly Prohibited Content:
- Warez / Piracy / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3's
- Adult / Obscene material
- Depictions of Minors/Children (even minimal depictions or context involving children is not allowed)
- Endorsement and/or sale of Illegal Drugs / Terrorism
- Derogatory/Slanderous/Racial/Explicit Material
- Sharing of passwords / Serial Numbers /
- Invasion on privacy / Impersonation of others
- Spam / MLM
- Harassment
- Illegal Conduct of Any Sort

Any member who has questions about this OR experiences any violations of these rules is encouraged to report any incidents to the Administrator by private messaging only.

Once a member is registered the private messaging function is accessable, I encourage it's use to correspond with me, as giving out my email address has led to a high amount of spam email I would like to prevent.

Failure to comply with these rules or for similar reasons contained herein deemed by the Administrator or Moderating members, user priviledges can and will be revoked without notice.

I want to append the following to the rules -

Bandwidth theft or "hotlinking" images or files on someone else's server(s) will no longer be tolerated

First of all there is nothing worse than to read someones post and find their posted image is reduced to a little red x or a message saying 'no hotlinking allowed', its annoying for one
Two: its just not proper netiquette to steal someone elses bandwidth, it ties up their server and since many web hosts still charge based on the amount of data transferred, bandwidth is an issue. If a site is over its monthly bandwidth it's billed for the extra data or taken offline

A simple analogy for bandwidth theft: Imagine a random stranger plugging into your electrical outlets, using your electricity without your consent and you end up having to pay for it more on that here

Also I thought this was as obvious as hotlinking, but I guess some peeps new to or unaware of internet rules still need schooling:
